Keeping it 19+

1.1 Lethbridge Casino is strictly for grown-ups, end of story. Age 19 or older gets you to the tables, and zero exceptions are ever granted.

1.2 Opening an account, depositing or betting under 19 is not allowed, and helping a minor do so breaks our Account Terms.

2.1 Kids borrow phones, tablets and laptops. Keep casino access off limits.

2.2 Lock your screen. Keep your password out of browser memory. Sign out when each session ends.

2.3 Lock away payment cards and e-wallet logins from young people in your home.

2.4 Lending your account to anyone, including a family member, ends that account.

3.1 Phones, tablets, computers and game consoles have parental controls built in. Use them to block gambling sites and app purchases.

3.2 Filtering software and router settings can block gambling sites across your whole home network.

3.3 Talk to the young people in your life about gambling, odds and money. Short, honest talks go a long way.

4.1 If we find or suspect a player under 19, we freeze the account at once.

4.2 Bets are cancelled and winnings are not paid. Deposits are returned to the first payment method used.

4.3 The account is shut, and we may contact the adult whose payment method was used.

5.1 We ask for your birth date at signup. Under 19 means no account.

5.2 We confirm identity and age with electronic checks before any deposit is accepted, along with geolocation checks.

5.3 If those checks cannot confirm you, we request a passport or driver's licence before play continues.

5.4 We can run a fresh age check at any point.
