Accepting these terms

1.1 These Account Terms set the house rules at Lethbridge Casino. By registering, signing in or betting, you accept them.

1.2 These terms sit alongside our Offer Rules, Your Privacy, Cookie Policy, Play Responsibly, Protecting Minors, and Verification and AML pages. When one of those pages deals with a subject in more depth, that page takes priority.

1.3 Don't agree? Then please don't play.

Raising a complaint

2.1 Hit a snag? Write to [email protected] with your username, the date it happened, the game or payment in question and the result you're after.

2.2 A member of our team checks the account and game logs, then replies by email with a decision and the reasons for it.

2.3 Complaints are handled by email only. Keep your messages and our replies, because together they form the record.

Changing these terms

3.1 Law shifts, games change, payment partners switch: these terms can change right along with them. Every new version lands on this page.

3.2 If a change affects your money or your account, we also email you. Once the new version is live, your next login or bet runs under it.

3.3 Once a bet is settled, it stays that way, governed by the terms that applied at the moment you placed it.

Moving money in and out

4.1 Everything runs in Canadian dollars (CAD): your balance, your deposits and your withdrawals.

4.3 Cash out with Interac e-Transfer, Apple Pay, Online Banking / Trustly, MuchBetter or Bank Wire / Transfer. The minimum per withdrawal is C$20, and the daily maximum is C$10,000.

4.4 Fast money out: pick most payment methods and your cash lands somewhere between 1 and 4 hours. Bank transfers move slower, so allow them a maximum of 12 hours. Verification comes first: nothing pays out until your checks are fully cleared.

4.5 Zero casino fees: deposits and withdrawals cost you nothing on our side. Any charge your own bank adds sits outside our control.

4.6 Play with payment methods that belong to you, nobody else. Where we can, payouts head straight back to the same method that funded your account.

Respecting our content

5.1 We, or the game studios that supply us, own the Lethbridge Casino name and logo, plus the site's design, text and artwork.

5.2 They are for your personal play only. Copying, scraping, framing or reselling them is not allowed.

6.2 If these terms and the Offer Rules disagree on a bonus matter, the Offer Rules apply.

Limiting our liability

7.1 We pay what you win under these terms and the rules of each game.

7.2 We do not cover losses caused by your internet connection, your device, an outage at a third-party payment network or events outside our reasonable control.

7.3 We do not pay for lost chances, lost profit or other indirect losses.

7.4 Any protection the law gives you that a contract cannot remove still applies.

Opening an account

8.1 Each player gets a single account. Duplicates get closed, and any bets or bonuses on them may be cancelled.

8.2 Register with your true name, birth date and address. The details must match your ID.

8.3 Guard your password. Activity under your login counts as yours unless you tell us promptly that the account was compromised.

Playing it straight

9.1 Not allowed: collusion, bots or scripts, exploiting software faults, using another person's account or payment method, money laundering, false chargebacks and hiding your location with a VPN.

9.2 Where we detect any of this, we may freeze or close the account, cancel the bets concerned, withhold winnings and report the matter to the authorities when legally required.

Applying the law

10.1 Canadian law governs these terms, along with the laws of the province you play from.

10.2 You may only play where your local law says yes. Everything we do follows Canadian rules on age verification, identity checks and anti-money laundering.

Knowing the game rules

11.1 Rules and paytables are inside every game's info screen. Read them before you bet.

11.2 Our digital games run on random number generators (RNG) tested by eCOGRA / GLI.

11.3 Live tables feature real dealers on a stream. The studio's recorded result is final.

11.4 Malfunction means all pays and plays are void. When a fault strikes a round, that round is cancelled and your stake comes back.

Checking you can play

12.1 Minimum age to play: 19. No exceptions for anyone younger.

12.3 Players who have self-excluded cannot open a new account during their exclusion.
